This is a good sound card. I bought one maybe 2 months ago, and it works fine. The only bad thing was that the installation CD was missing, but I didn't bother returning it. Why Because the drivers were easy to find, download, and install via Creative's website.ProsEasy to install.Fits in almost any computer.Had no problems with it.Supports 7.1 surround and a microphone.ConsIt was missing the installation CD.My reccomendations I reccomend that you take this card back and exchange for a new one if it is missing the installation CD.Overall this is a good sound card. It fits in almost all computers, it's good for home theatre, gaming, listening to music, and other multimedia.It gets a 4 out of 5 from me, only because the software was missing.

This is overall and awesome sound card, but watchout, the breakout box is really, really MASSIVE! Please, take a look at some reviews and even videos on youtube to have an idea. I had to return mine to NCIX as it was insanly big, it looks like a DVD player (+- same size). Hopefully it looks good.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
