the sound coming out of this is amazing, i play counterstrike and i could never go back to a stereo headset, and although it appears flimsy its held up with no cracks or nothing with extended periods of use. great deal to when you pick the package up onsale.      » READ MORE

Overall I'm satisfied with this product, it could have been better IMO. Sound is pretty good. You can tweak it any way you want. Looks nice in a case with a window. But to me it looks like they used cheap quality plastic for the video card, that's the only problem I got. For $130 it's not a bad buy, but for $300 IMO it kinda is. But overall I'm satisfied.      » READ MORE

Overall this was a really good buy for the price (130 when on sale). It looks pretty nice, only problem is that the mic hits my face and when it doesn't, it at the weirdest place. The bass is really good after fixing up the EQ. The only problem i had was trying to to connect it via analogue, had lots of trouble so i just end up giving up. Over all, its good.       » READ MORE

Ok well this is my first sound card, and coming from an realtek onboard this thing sounds phenomenal (Or maybe it's because I spent $150.99 on a sound card and convinced myself it sounds better than an onboard? LoL) and the headset.. WOW just WOW, I've been using some crappy stereo headset and to compare its like crap to chocolate. These headphones are crazy, people have been complaining that the bass and sounds are distorted but thats probably because they have it at stock settings. You have to manually equalize it for the best results, my headset sounds better than my bro's 5.1 logitech speakers.      » READ MORE

There are many things to adjust and tweak in order to get your AC-1/HP-1 functioning properly and none of them are explained clearly anywhere I've seen, so here goes.       » READ MORE

I got these on sale a while back. At first I didn't like the headphones at all. On default they sound pretty flat compared to the headphones I'm used to. Once I started playing around with the settings I realized they're pretty amazing. The only thing is you have to change the presets based on what you're using them for. DTS Wide for CS:S, DTS CGwVS for movies, DPL Music for...well music.      » READ MORE

Overall this seems like a great deal if you can grab it on sale. There are much better offerings for under this price, but for $150 for both its not too bad.      » READ MORE
